Rotator Lights
The right carcols.meta should be the one you can find here: C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\x64\data

2019 Charger CHP Pack
Hey, first of all thanks a lot 👍 No, you can not get rid of the flashing headlights, they are part of the complicated lighting setup. But you can disable the flashing taillights. Just search for a modification that takes care of that.

Rotator Lights
Hey there. Yes, you can have rotating lights on all police vehicles. All you need to do, is change the sirensettings in the carcol.meta. The sheriff cruiser uses 13 if I rememember it corretly.

I agree. Never tought anybody would notice, the license plates on my cars are actually accurate and were once used by former CHP units.

No, there is no easy way to increase the brightness of the spotlight. You could theoretically edit the texture to make it a little bit brighter but I wouldn't do that.

Right. You can only remove the steady burn on locked cars by editing the xml file. But there is no way to add steady burns to a locked file.

Ah okay. In Zmodeler name the light you want as a steady burn "extra_ten". Then Enable the feature in the xml file. Easy.

The red light is using the steady burn feature els has. You'll find it somewhere on the top in the xml file. But don't disable it, the whole pattern would be messed up.

I don't like SUVs, I'm not a fan of the Tahoe and I abhor Explorers. So it's probably not gonna happen.

Yes, there is a chance I might make an Explorer pack one day. And I never completely ruled it out in the first place. It is just very, very very unlikely. I just don't see myself working a really long time on a car I hate.

Well thank you first of all. And I know. A few dozen people already asked me or mentioned that they would love to see it. But it is really unlikely. I just hate Explorers and I couldn't enjoy working on them.

So, I'm back at it again. Couldn't solve the issues and just bought a new license. Whatever. I really want to upload something again. And I'm currently working on the final stages on multiple projects, I'm not an ETA type of person so I can't tell how quickly you'll see something new in my uploaded files list. But I'm starting with this one: I really hate this project. No idea why, but I just want to get rid of it as fast as possible. I'd love to scrap it completely but I just put too much time in it already. After this one is released both CHP packs will recieve their second and final update. Then the LAPD truck is the next one on the list. And once the LAPD truck is uploaded here, I will switch to vehicles not related to law enforcement, probably not interesting to most of you following me. So take this as a little warning. Any questions? Feel free to ask.

Zmodeler Handling Issues
Good to know you were able to solve the issue. I'm creating approximately 50 different zmodeler saves a day. So many things can go wrong too fast haha

Zmodeler Handling Issues
Hey, I'm not 100% certain, but moving the chassis dummy back to the default position could solve your problems.
