You should be able to find people if you click "Multiplayer".

I switch between a few:

  • Chester County Beta (Early version of the Montana Mod)
  • LA Mod
  • Manhattan Mod v1.0.0 and v2.0.0
  • Harbor City for online gameplay

I tried the London mod, but its so broken and wrong, I'm in the process of fixing everything ranging from letting the cars return to the station to changing the audio for the sirens seeing as the original creator hasn't bothered in 3 or so years

Processor: Intel i5-6600 @ 3.30GHz

GPU: MSI ARMOR GeForce GTX 1080 OC

Ram: 16GB Skylake

I've been substantially tweaking and playing with a version of the LA Mod for quite a while.

I've never played online, since I like to tweak things in every mod more to my liking, and that doesn't allow multiplayer. I'd probably use the normal version of Harbor City if I were to play, though I don't have a mic for voice chatting or anything.

The cars return to the station fine for me... Do you have a corrupt file by any chance?

No, they return to the HQ. Even though its the station, they drive inside and have to be called out again which costs money to do so.

The "Return to Station" script is the one seen in the LA Mod, the cars will have spots to sit at when they reach the station so they can be easily used.
