Route 66 Map Mod by Nine30

This is Route 66, a huge historical map for GTA IV!

Nine30 will be fixing some bugs later in a update but for now take your Hellfury and enjoy the landscape.

 

Includes:

- Traffic paths

- Parked vehicles

- Longest road ever made for IV until now

- Buildings

Notes:

If you don't see this in game when you load the game, give it a minute or so for it to load. It is a really big map mod so it takes along time for it to load, especially if you have traffic enabled.

LCPD:FR works on this map, but only the car chase (Merit, Faction, Sabre, Admiral) call works, just like on every other map mod.

I had a feeling this morning that this is going to be released today. I waited for a whole day and now it's out! Yayyy! I actually kept my google search page up and kept refreshing the search until a moment ago when I found out it's out. 

Nine30 has really out done himself! This map is phenomenal!

Crap, does it work at least in TlaD? (I believe some map mods don't work in Tbogt but do in Tlad) If not I guess I will have to say it goodbye for now...

best map so far i love it : )

I love it.  Such a great place for new opportunities.  Best map I've played on (however, I've only played on two others).  Only annoyance is the bit of texture loss, but it loads very quick.  Still working on a solution to keep the traffic density down, because it is a desolate two-lane road...

I have just tried the map out. Everything looks good. Unfortunately I am constantly getting texture lost. I have found out that vdh Tow truck script definitely will NOT WORK on this map. 

 

PS. The traffic is pretty slow in this map mod.

Even if it does work in TLAD, you won't be able to play TBoGT at all with the mod in.
