What I meant is the intensity of the flash on buildings, that's the only thing I can't figure out.

maybe try doubling the multipliers.

Not able to start my game today,  but i noticed it doesn't look that pronounced at night either.

Pretty satisfied, it's not perfect yet, though.

Its not those settings to achieve what he wants. Its the settings that break posted.... These values are what you need to tweak. Range - Obviously how far the lights reach and "INTEN" stands for intensity and thats pretty obvious what that will do

Okay,  thought that had already been tried from the other posts.   I want to test mine out as well when i can get GTA running later tonight.

Just increase the intensity/range settings and you'll be good.  It describes all of this in the included manual by the way.

Lol. A lot of the questions being asked can be solved by reading the manual but apparently people don't want to read it. Would rather have us tell them the answer. I don't mean anything negative toward you Slimory, your post was more along the lines of asking for what others are using for settings

To change the environmental lights to flash blue and red.

[ ENV_LIGHT_COLORS ]
Extra_1 = blue
Extra_2 = blue
Extra_3 = red
Extra_4 = red
Extra_5 = white
Extra_6 = white
Extra_7 = amber
Extra_8 = amber

for some reason the first time i put these settings in, it didnt change. but it works now took me about an hour. so now the lights flash blue and red on the wall/ground and stuff. you can also use GREEN and MAGENTA. I haven't tried it yet tho but thats what the manual says.

What I meant is the intensity of the flash on buildings, that's the only thing I can't figure out

then you want my settings they area diffrent tho as they are brighter here they are for my blue lights and stuff

Range_WRNL = 7

EnvMult_Morning = 0.2
EnvMult_Evening = 0.5
EnvMult_Night = 1.1
