This right here is Nova Scotia's Department Of Transportation 2012 Dodge Charger, they have a few of them, but I've never seen this lightbar on anything but Vehicle Compliance, there is a van that drives around with a white version of this, anyone have ANY idea what it is?

It looks like the Whelen Liberty for me, but I'm not an expert.

No way that could be a Whelen Liberty.

I said that "it looks like", not "it is" the Whelen Liberty.

The model is quite similar I think, following those images.

It's too thick to be a Liberty and I've never seen a Liberty with a black case.

It kinda looks like a Code 3 Javelin. I have a 2012 Dodge Charger and it has a Code 3 Javelin and it looks the same except for the black casing.

I saw a video of it a while ago on youtube. It's made by some Canadian company, and the lightbar is so big because it has an arrow stick (like this <--->) that will pop out of it. I'll see if I can find it.
