I'm pretty sure this only affects users who have monetized game-play videos who aren't partnered with say Machinima (Yes, I know Machinima is crap now. First thing I thought of.) or other partnering companies. Because even though it's your video, you don't own the game itself therefore you're making money off someone else's content. 

While I was playing LCPDFR,  with the Braveheart police scripts, I got into a chase with a foot ped, just watch and see what happens next, I didn't intentionally do it, probably never going to happen again like this. 

I don't think they teach grammar, punctuation or spelling in school any longer.

Is LC in a stop and id state?  What you're doing might be unlawful
 
Arresting someone for refusing to ID or search without being able to reasonably acrtiucalte that the person has committed, is committing, or is about to commit a crime is unlawful!
 
But then again shooting my bugged detained suspect in the head so that the game doesn't crash is probably unlawful as well hehe. "Code 4 Suspect has committed suicide. 10-8"

Well, it was a cold brisk night... I was lights on, responding code to a shooting. I made it swiftly threw my first intersection. Looking left then right, left again, I moved on. I repeated this for the next 3 intersections. I arrive on scene of the shooting and quickly I take notice of an armed male subject... there he was.... standing there. I exit my vehicle. Sidearm drawn. The lights glimmer off my face as the occasional AI driver rear ends my patrol car... I aim my weapon at the target.... I hear a sudden "Boom". Everything went black....
 
my dad blew a fuse and had to reset the damn circuit breaker -.-

I'm more than pleased to break the news that Lieutenant Caine's ELS mod will make a fantastic comback with a new release soon, Caine has been hard at work at improving stability and add a bunch of nice features to the mod

Concerning the taxi, I must say that the wheels/hubcaps always bothered me - the stretched CVPI wheel cover looks odd when this LTD requires a full on dog-dish.

I don't if anyone has posted this before but has anyone Role Played in Liberty City's Train Lines. I've been playing around with this just recently and have felt that with the I.d Pedestrian Check Mod it's just another way to play the game, just like the Transit Officers in the NYPD. Can be become mundane but travelling between lines through the city can be quite the journey (especially with a partner) but if this aspect ever came about a modder's mind, I believe improvements in concerned to High Pedestrian Traffic in the subways, public intoxication and just general public disturbances could really brighten up this grey area in LCPDFr's Law Enforcement capabilities. Maybe even Fare Evastion when you frisk someone? eh eh ;)
