alexks101's post in Can't cycle through a vehicle was marked as the answerTry the following : in FirstResponse.ini, set PreloadAllModels on "true".
Be sure to have correctly added the Suburban, you can try to redo it, but take your time for adding the files, saving, and rebuilding.

alexks101's post in Large shootouts causing crash/Object reference not set was marked as the answerThey are known to have the "window bug" : crash when you or AI aims at a window. Maybe that's the cause.
Anyway, when you say you reverted back, do you mean you've reinstalled the game (fresh install) and tried without ANY mods except lcpdfr ?
And something that may help troubleshooting : >G17 Media IV Diagnostics Tool
Paste report here, in "spoiler" tag.

alexks101's post in xliveless on lcpdfr was marked as the answerIt's an alternative to dsound, an asi loader.
Xliveless, as the name says, disable GamesForWindowsLive.
You can't play online but it allows you to use other savegames like the 100% complete saves on some websites.
Dsound is a bit more stable, and it's recommended for LCPDFR.

alexks101's post in GTA IV Crashing with only ELS v7 installed was marked as the answerDon't use both dsound and xlive. Choose dsound, it's recommended.
And for ELS7 crashes, look at this :
Especially parts 2C and 2E. Maybe it'll help.
PS : CPU / GPU are a bit weak, if you have lags, try to reduce some settings of ELS.

alexks101's post in cant install was marked as the answerYes the taser can make installation bug sometimes, it was explained in the I told you to read in part7 ^^
So, if you don't need the taser, don't install it, and if it works, then your issue is solved.

alexks101's post in Help regarding multiple skin installation was marked as the answerNo, don't rename it, I just extracted the files from the vehicles folder in order to show them all.
Example : police.wft & police.wtd (#1) are from BFLO folder (#1). It's just to show you all the files you have to import.
In fact, PNCL and BFLO files are mixed up, but that doesn't matter.
The only thing is that for polpatriot you have to choose between RCHR or LAND, only one, not both.
--- edit ---
About vehicles.ide, yeah just add "+livery" without quotes at the end of FBI, NOOSE, POLICE, POLICE2, and POLPATRIOT lines.

alexks101's post in TBoGT Handling?? was marked as the answerIf I remember well, some TBoGT cars share the same handling line.
Check the vehicles.ide file (in same folder), and for the police3 line, look at the car name for the HandlingId column.

alexks101's post in I got this problem for pretty long time was marked as the answerAbout crashes, it can happen, following scripts and mods people have. Some people (like me) don't have any crash at all, some others have a lot of crashes.
I see you are using high-poly cars, and ELS. Which version of ELS ? If 6, update to 7. If 7, read the several topics about its configuration.
If it continues to crash, paste diagnostic report again, and the ".log" files from the game folder.
Try to remove the modded cars and see if it still crash.
About Traffic Flow, let me see your ini. And did you put it in "scripts folder" ?
I have to say that Traffic Flow make my game slower sometimes, plus it only have 20 cars (but you can add several traffic flow files).
I prefer to use Chikmaru Real Traffic, or sometimes Traffic Load. With Chikmaru's, reduce the traffic density a lot or you'll have big jams.

EDIT : ok, make a backup of the savegame and try xliveless.
PS : why I don't see when you edit a post ?

alexks101's post in lennox operating system..reply! was marked as the answerBeing a GNU/Linux user, ambassador, and creator of a distribution, I can only tell you to try & learn, it's worth it.
Use a LiveCD/LiveUSB, VirtualBox, or DualBoot, and read documentations. It's a brand new experience.
The only problem is gaming. You can't play AAA games on this OS, but some of them run quite well ! And Steam arrived earlier this year.
But for the rest, I find GNU/Linux waaaay better than Windows. And it's free.
If you are a gamer, use it as a secondary system. Try Ubuntu or Fedora first, it's good for beginners (Fedora is a bit "harder" but not that much).
A lot of components like .NET or other things are not well ported or not ported at all on Linux. If it's only for GTA IV and LCPDFR, forget it and use Windows7.
EDIT : the new Ubuntu 13.04 comes tomorrow.

alexks101's post in Lowest settings...WHY? was marked as the answerIt depends of your computer case, having enough space to put the graphic card (it's a dual slot), and your motherboard, but if your motherboard handles a 7450 it should be ok for the 7850.
If you are not sure, look for the technology of your motherboard, should be AM3+ something like that.
Download OpenHardwareMonitor, run it, the first line is the name of your computer, and the second line is the reference of your motherboard. Search it on internet in order to find the specs.
But as I said, if you have a 7450, the 7850 should be supported by the motherboard, it's the same "family". The only "problem" is : having enough space to put the GPU.
If you live in a quite big city, you could go to a specialized shop.
