Well, I don't know, but Cuba uses the old cars, from 1950's and so on, I don't know if they use it anymore though.

But all Cuban films from 2009 or 2007, have been old cars, which I think is cool!

Those are police cars from São Paulo State in Brazil where im from.

Military Police in brazil are responsible for normal patrols and preventive policing as Civil police takes care of recon, investigations and such.

Every state has its own color schemes exept for federal police that have jurisdiction and is present in all states.

In São Paulo the military police's paint has the shape of the state (a Z shape) and has the colors of the state's flag.

Americans are the ones that have too big cars. Anyways, heres another reason why we use small cars, specially in Sao Paulo:

And in Europe too lol... I used to live in Spain and the lanes in the streets if you compare them to here they're FRIGIN' small. One lane here in US is like 2 or 3 lanes in Spain. I remember that before moving to US my dad bought a 4x4 jeep that was really big(In Spain) , it almost didn't even fit in the street. And now here when i see that same car in the street, is probably one of the smallest jeeps around.
