Sharp is correct. The Unity RV-26 and RV-26 LED are just one part of the Blue Goose's (the name for the Michigan State Police patrol cars) rich tradition that the MSP is dedicated to keeping. The current style and layout of the MSP vehicles hasn't changed since the 70s, with the exception of updating the gumballs to LED, and adding deck and dash lighting onto the cars.

I'd Assume From What NicolaiB Said, That The New Livery Is Standard Across The UK, Really... So I'd Say, No... Probably Nobody Else Uses It Anymore. Mum Says That She Doesn't Know Of Any Force That Uses The Met Livery.
