  • I'm currently working on a new version of my old LCPD pack ('?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>), using new equipment and a new livery. The CVPI is in progress right now: More pic

  • Made a short video of the lightstages of the cars from the pack, front view only though:   I removed the dashlight because it was still partly visible if you replaced it with a transparent textur

  • Just tested it, it works absolutely fine:   As visible in the picture as well, any of the front LEDs of the Liberty can be turned into a steady burn activating together with the secondaries, tho

Okay, no problem. It's your project, even though it'd be sweet for bumper LEDs. They look more descreete than mirror LEDS. Do you think you can do this concept as version 2 and post the pics for opinions? I've seen a few German fleets outfitted with exterior bumper LEDs, lol.

Never :P Our cars only have a lightbar and maybe some grillights, guess you mean them, they're often external. But never on any unmarked car, they only have a beacon and maybe grillights behind the grill or a dashlight.

Unfortunately I found no way how to make nice mirrorlights that don't say everybody "This is a police car", I think I gonna release that one now without any other lights. And I'm not sure about such a concept version as I had to model those lights then and I have quite a lot things to do at the moment.

CJ - some cars I've seen (civilian cars) have turn signal repeaters on the mirrors (basically another turn signal); that would be a very discreet way of having a mirror light.

Yes, I know, there're quite common in Germany (for example Mercedes or Audi uses them often), I tried to do that and failed. Was no nice way to realize this on CVPI.

That is the best adaptation of the Swift to N319PD I have seen, just a shame that no one has made a AgustaWestland AW119 Koala for GTA IV.

If I'm right there was one (or atleast something similar), just can't remember where I found it.

I hope to be ready to release the unmarked CVPI, the Swift helicopter and the CPD Caprice on weekend.

I was also working on this:

It's actually a fictional model as the CHP never used the 1992 Caprice and those rambars were quite rare.

By the way, I "revived" two of my older projects, a LASD and a LAPD Charger. The LASD is almost done and the LAPD one gives RC20, need to rollback everything. And as Yakadafi released his 06 Impala unlocked I'm also working on an unmarked/slicktop version of it with the same light setup as the CVPI I showed before.

If you could make a non-els version of that unmarked Impala I could use it as a required car for the MP group..

At the moment we are using Sam's non-els Crown vic and charger to minimise crashing, I can't seem to find any other vehicles for the rest though

Processor: Intel i5-6600 @ 3.30GHz

GPU: MSI ARMOR GeForce GTX 1080 OC

Ram: 16GB Skylake

Why,there are other non-els police units out there as well. The main thing is it should be non-els...

Cages don't make sense on a detective car.

Yup.

Of that specific car wont be possible as non-ELS limits me to 8 lights but I'll try something else.

Can you make a version of that slicktop cvpi with a honeycomb grill? It would make the perfect slicktop that way.

I guess I can :P

6 new mods have been released (check first post), I'm going to finish the LAPD Charger now. A non-ELS unmarked Impala and a Slicktop CVPI are planned. After that I think I'm up for new suggestions.

I also take requests for non-ELS versions of any of my cars. Just make sure it doesn't has more than 8 lights that should flash (more isn't possible with non-ELS). And I'm not going to make any request!
