    I got the same issue, I wanted to try realistic distance, and then... well it despawn, so I don't know if I can find a plugin that keep the friendly's or something similar.

    I made those livery's for fun for my own use, just like the other I made, I post it there for those who would be interested.     So... I basically can't give you any right answer, just to say that, from my part, some ELS working with UB, but some don't, for exemple I used a car without ELS and it's working, and also some of my cars like the Police, Police2, Police3, FBI, FBI2, working, but for the addons, it's seems that the ELS not working, except addons cars with no ELS.

    Also, do you think you can change the front dashlight for a grill lights, because it's too much to have 2 lightbar + 1 dashlight on the front glasses, it would be better to have it at the front on the grill. Except the color problem, and the light for me, your SUV is very nice, I love it, seems it's kind of looking like the USMS SUV ;

    We need to be able to change color, why we can't in the first place ? I need to do a fully black livery for it ?! I don't know what exactly done it, but yeah, in vehicle.meta I precised "FLAG_HAS_LIVERY", and then I changed the color and the sign to fully black thing ; seems to work : color tahoe_sign_1
