Unfortunately it has been removed because of a dispute with the GCU Car Pack people it seems. Hope it gets sorted.

It hasn't been released separately from the pack, you have to install the whole pack and then extract and customly install it. Link to the pack, in the case somebody missed it.

Dunno if these are here yet, but they're awesome. Stumbled on this guy today, he does lots of vintage race style cars.

Great news, the 1978 Fairmont has been updated and the taxi and police version finally released!

They come with template as well.

Looks great, and thank gosh it's templated.  [using a newer NYC Taxi livery just doesn't seem right, not to mention that the "PST" on the police variant should probably be "PCT" and the lightbar's coloration is odd.]

If you are going to use the template you should scale if first to the texture size the model actually uses, 4096x4096, instead of the 898x898 the template included in the rar is. Otherwise your textures may lose quality when they are imported and resized.
