Supervillains Redux 0.2

(0 reviews)

4 Screenshots

A redux version of @Officer_Lenny's Supervillains plugin for LCPDFR with compatibility in TLAD and TBoGT (as well as GTA IV without DLC).

As in the original one made by him, this adds 3 (2 for GTA IV without DLC) new callouts for LCPDFR, starring 3 protagonists in GTA IV universe. However, this redux version will include his/her friends joining together and wanted this peaceful Liberty City to be "the worst place in America." And as usual note, these people are as dangerous as you bring the cops and the NOOSE into the pursuit up to 6-star wanted level on original game without LCPDFR.

Side note: do request one or two NOOSE backups, as well as a helicopter, if you see him/her with more than one person armed. They are not to be taken lightly and lethal force is always a best option.

The supervillains are:

Niko Bellic (TLAD and TBoGT only)

He killed people, smuggled people, sold people, and now he is in Liberty City with a rocket launcher and two friends of him: Jacob and Patrick (Packie). Approaching them with just you and a pistol will be tantamount to suicide.

Johnny Klebitz (all episodes)

He is a high rank member of the Lost Brotherhood, he is not really a nice guy and he might cause trouble by rioting with his crew.

Luis F. Lopez (all episodes)

He is a bodyguard but he is also suspected to be a dangerous murderer, the FIB might require your help to catch him.

For more information about them and what changes I made from the original release, see the Readme.

This script is updated time to time if there are bugs or glitches, but so far my game is quite unstable, so it's up to you to value this. Report any error to my Contacts available in at the end of the Readme so I can address this in my free time.

This plugin is made thanks to @Officer_Lenny for making his first and the foremost Supervillains plugin.

What's New in Version 0.2

Released

This is a latest release that features script fixes, updates, and new features that improve the LCPDFR stability.

  • [UPDATE] Fixed minor bug where mission update text for Johnny TLAD callout is always printed even though there wasn't any officers/NGD members on the scene
  • [UPDATE] Fixed LCPDFR crash caused in Johnny and Johnny TLAD callouts when there is a prank call and script tries to print out names to the text wall (this is because when there is a prank call, the scene has no suspects)
  • [UPDATE] Commented audio function in Luis TBoGT callout is used (and adjusted to sound not same as the first randomly selected case)
  • [UPDATE] Added a chance for Luis callout that the suspect will fight back
  • [NEW] Added reporter recognition for Johnny TLAD callout - if both NGD member and police officer are calling in, it will end up having more than 15 officers at the scene
  • [NEW] Prank call will never be triggered if an officer or NGD member is requesting assistance in Johnny TLAD callout
  • [NEW] If only an officer is calling the callout, it'll be adjusted differently (you'll see...) in Johnny TLAD callout
  • [NEW] A unit will be sent at random interval between 3 and 6 seconds saying that the suspects are attempting to leave the scene in Johnny and Johnny TLAD callouts (triggered when it is a prank call)

Thanks guys. I started moving on to V since I bought one on Steam, but obviously I'd go with the IV and SA modding since V has everything that I need to satiate myself.

Unfortunately I can't do videos due to my game that crashes randomly during patrols (the worst is that I can't play properly with pro-ELS vehicles, even the lore-friendly ones). If you guys want to, I'd appreciate it.

Anyways, thanks again. I'm having a WIP on SecuricarThefts callout to see what's wrong, but I still haven't yet figured out what new callouts should be. Who knows that I'll be making fictional or realistic callouts, but at least this is one of my good progress.
