This vehicle pack contains 9 vehicles. 5 patrol, 2 unmarked and 2 K9 vehicles, with the nForce light bars set up to emulate dual/tri color modules and floodlight takedowns.  The patrol vehicles come with two different types of skins. White and black, and blue and copper. If you want a silver base like in my screens you'll have to use the trainer, or the default is white. The vehicle set ups are not based off anything,  just the skins are based of the modern Arizona DPS design.

- 2014 Charger  (Patrol)

- 2016 FPIS (Patrol)

- 2016 Charger (Patrol & Unmarked)

- 2015 Tahoe (Patrol & K9)

- 2013 FPIU (Patrol, Unmarked & K9)

 

PLEASE NOTE 

-  The pack is split into two parts due to upload size limits. 

-  If you do not have extra police slots setup POLICE5 will not work in game. You can rename these files, or any of them to whatever slot you want. Just make sure your VCFs and vehicles.meta, mainly the handling lines, are correct (so you don't have SUV handling for a sedan or something).

KNOWN ISSUES:

- There will be floating emissives/lights on certain vehicles when opening the trunk or when bumpers fall off. This is because due to the limited extras I can't attach every emissive to their respective parts without drastically changing the lighting setup. Personally I'd rather set up the lighting the way I wanted it and just live with the floating lights on the odd occasion I open my trunk with the lights on or obliterate my front end. Sorry if this bothers you.

 

OTHER INFO/SUPPORT:

  • ARE YOUR WINDOWS AND LIGHTBAR COMPLETELY BLACK!? Go into the vehicle.meta and find the 'diffusetint' line for the particular model (SHERIFF2, SHERIFF, POLICE, etc). Replace that value with <diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />  ... Or simply change the tint in game with a native trainer
  • If you are changing the liveries YOU MUST change the textures in both the normal .ytd and the +hi.ytd ... if you just change it in one or the other the liveries will be different at different distances. 
  • If you don't like something about the lighting patterns, speeds, light stages or anything related to ELS chances are you can change it! ELS is extremely customizable. Check out the ELS documentation, please don't ask me. All the info you need is in there. Also please note the patterns are limited on these vehicles to achieve the dual color effect.
  • If you notice a bug or mistake (which I most likely have made a few) please let me know, and I'll try to fix it in the next update. It could be an easy or quick fix.
  • Please do not rate the file down for matters of complete opinion. E.g. 'I don't like lighting patterns 3/5'.

    This is a sweet pack! I installed the 16 Charger from this pack this morning. I like how you have the NForce ligit bar act the same way it does in IRL. Great work!

    I love the pack but for some reason the Tahoe (patrol)  has a black light bar no lights at on it please someone help me but when I damage it the lights start appearing for under the black light bar does anyone else have this problem if so please tell me. All the other car work just fine.

    I think you can fix it via the following steps:

    2) Search for your vehicles slots with the above problem (SHERIFF2 and other one, not sure if it is POLICE4 or FBI)

    3) Look for the line which has: " <diffuseTint value=" />", after the equal sign should be some value of 0s, X, and other characters.

    4) Replace that entire line with the following:  <diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />

     

    Should work.

    Thank you very much I just put all the vehicles in the game and realized its only the ones with (FBI2) and (SHeriff2) that have this issue and also (Park Ranger) shown is the photos!

    But thank you very much for helping me fix this issue now they can all go in the right places which I wanted because I really enjoy this pack.

    (Here is both charger's after the fix so if anyone has this problem do the following)

    I'm still a newb around here, so take that for what it's worth.  Ive downloaded these and followed the instructions to a tee.  Still, cars don't show up in game.  What could I have  done wrong?

    Hey, the els didn' work. It work only police1! If i put the els files, it's not work any car. And there is not ydts files and patchday 15 not have vehicles!

    For me the top lightbar in the FPIU seems to emit light the wrong direction. It's getting emitted to the back of the car, instead of the front. 

    I guess it can be fixed in the VCF but I am too much of a noob to know what needs to be changed. 

    I love the models though :)

    I also am having trouble figuring out why the slicktop explorers ELS is emitting light the wrong direction. Could someone explain to me how I correct it's positioning?

    Is there any way that you can make a blue and white version of all these cars? I tried to do it myself but Idk what to change and I also need a white version of the light texture which I also failed to make myself. I think it would look awesome. Let me know. All I need is the .YTD files

    Still no solution to this? I noticed this issue on some other models from other authors as well, but nobody is replying.

    I did everything in the instillation part, however when I load up Grand Theft Auto, it only one of the vehicles is in the game. The rest are the default cars, or cars that I have already installed, and trying to replace. Please help!

    just wondering if the top of the light bars could be changed to a clear instead of the black. its not a big deal just thought it would look that much better. also i think a cvpi would complete this awesome pack :)

    Having troubles with the Unmarked Explorer and Chargers only emitting light to the rear instead of all the way around. Any fix?

    You have to manually change the offsets in the VCF file of those cars.
