Yea you can change two values in vehicles.meta. 
VehicledirtMax and VehicledirtMin. 
It might be called something else, but I think you get the idea. 
 

I can see the use of it. For role play purposes  - it can be fun to stop buy and buy a cup of coffee and something to eat. :)

LAPD - Number under the door seal on LAPD cars are called "Shop Numbers". This specifies each vehicle independently for fleet maintenance. The last three numbers of the shop number (used to identify all vehicles operated by the city) are reprinted on the roof to help air units visually identify cars. On the trunk is a number that identifies which division the unit belongs to (e.g., a 25 would be "South Traffic Division" or a 3 would be "Southwest Area").
 
NYPD - The unit's shop number is printed on the rear decklid. The shop number is also printed on the rear side panels above the gas intake, along with the number of the unit's assigned precinct.

Nice that we now have a mid range appratment. I allways felt that the current (will other one now) was way to high end.

Have you turned on your emergency lights to stage 3?

@Iceknight i can really recommend one of these packs that replaces some audio files with silent ones. It gives you extra space for another  siren for example. I was able told to add CHP+fbi thanks to this. Sorry for hijacking the thread but it can also be beneficial for the OP.

@pettelord Nice! With x64: Do the same thing. But instead of a file you now copy a folder to /mods. 

So I get a huge map, as everyone else does when I get a call, now I feel this is very intrusive, and it pretty much fucks with my brain,

I'm almost positive by default there is a supervisor special unit, just not one for HP.  That's the beauty of Ultimate Backup, you can make your own highway patrol supervisor.  If there already is a supervisor entry, select and copy it.
 
Right below it, paste what you copied and rename it to "HP Supervisor" and change the cars to what you want, as well as changing the ped to HP.

If there isn't a Supervisor entry already, copy one of the existing special units (not police bike), paste it on a new line, and either make two supervisor entries, one normal and one HP, or just make HP.

In case some do not know, Bejoljo has updated his Stop The Ped, Ultimate Backup and Compulite. Better compatibility for STP and UB and a court case delete option for Compulite.

will this make backup Ai sirens sound just like your cars cause when i drive my sirens are custom sirens but when i request firetruck that i called the sirens are vanilla and i even replaced the vanilla sirens for it (and kept the vanilla in a spereate folder to avoid losing it ) and into the vehicles folder

Chances for all VehicleSet entries in a location need to add up to 100, so add chance="90" to the hwaycar one. Same for all entries in a single Vehicles tag, so make sure all the highwaycar chances add up to 100 as well.

You have no vehicle set chance number for the cars but you do for the Police Bike is set at 30 so you need to set the cars set chance to 70 so that the vehicles total 100 for both sets in other words 70% of the time a car will show and 30% chance your back up will be a bike, also you have 5 Hway vehicles with veh chance set to 75, the total for all vehicles shouldnt be greater than 100 so for five cars they should be set at 20 each

Passenger chance doesn't need to add up to 100, since it's per vehicle.

You have Ultimate back up so you could probably;y do away with spike strips especially if im not mistaken hasnt been updated in a long time, also KTFDO when the last time it was updated? Arrest manager really isn't really needed with stop the ped,  just my opinion to reduce clutter. I have issues as well I weed out the callouts that cause it for me cheep callouts was a issue and peteru callouts but that doesnt mean that they are causing your problems I easily weed out when in game i use f4 to unload lspdfr disable a plugin then reload lspdfr and see if there is any change and do that over and over with every plugin until i find the ones causing the issues

You just got your new fancy Police Siren Soundpack, and somehow it doesn't or only partially work? BEHOLD!
You'll need to rename your .wav Files according to the table below, for your police sirens to work again.

I'd recommend renaming your files while installing the Siren(s), i.e. dragging "0x0D329446.wav" onto your Desktop -> renaming it to "SIREN_PA20A_WAIL.wav" -> moving "SIREN_PA20A_WAIL.wav" into your vehicles folder accompanied by your vehicles.oac

You can install a police car but just replace the texture with a lasd texture. Just make sure the textures are for the same car (i.e 2016 Ford) 

i believe that if you move everything from the mod folder on desktop to you new mod folder, you're also moving all previous problems that you have with that mods, did you create a backup before install the package? if yes just restore the backup if not, next time you install a mod without uninstaller make a backup.

LSPDFR .4 is far from trash.  0.3 arguably relied heavily on modders to come in and add more features, but 0.4 has added some of those to the mod. 0.4 has a lot of improvements and features that no other mod has added.
 
 
Yeah, no, that's not happening.  How would that be easier, exactly?  What's easier is having all these mods in ONE PLACE instead of people making their own sites and acting like this is such a terrible place.  LSPDFR's community does have its issues, but all websites will have them.  If these people are gonna make their own site, at least have your mods uploaded to both places.  There are probably modding sites out there that have an amazing, must have mod but no one will ever know because they chose to have a personal site that only three people know of.
 
By the way, saying someone's work is trash, then saying "I mean no disrespect" is still disrespectful.  There are various other ways you could've worded this post to get your opinion across, and you chose the worst way.  LC/LSPDFR didn't have to be made, yet they were for our entertainment, try showing gratitude to the mod that you probably play every single day or at least regularly.
