When I click "Download with Mod Manager" I just get this screen. I do have LML running.

I would suggest that you post in the LML forum to get support with this. Make sure that you have the Mod Manager UI open.

It's in early access testing right now but is expected to be released very soon. 

Downloaded this and it has immediately broken my game with a "Out of game memory" error on the loading screen. Disabled it through LML and it did nothing.

to change gameconfig , the path way is : GTAV>mods>update>update.rpf>common>data

If you're using LML you don't need to install anything to anywhere. Just download this package with Mod Manager and it just works. That's it.
