You need to review the readme's of the various mods. They might require a different version of the RPH.

Would other people be able to use this, or would it be exclusively for your "clan" ?

They still don't mean anything. I have spammer simply because of a joke that was grown in the TeamSpeak many months ago. I believe there is one rank over spammer called "mega spammer". It's just a fun thing, gives no extra powers or anything like that.
