You shouldn't do that at all, unless it says so in the readme.

Review the readme's provided with the plugins and the LSPDFR manual.

That is sadly not our problem. What Ben said is 100% true and in our Community Guidelines regarding RPH support.

California or San Andreas?
GTA V is set in the state of San Andreas - There's no debate there. That's fact :)

Army
As stated by Sam, we're not including the army into LSPDFR. With the API, however, other developers are free to create this.

Sound Card not detected
You're completely right - This isn't an LCPDFR issue. Moved to Computers & Technology. This topic has been moved to the appropriate forum. Please post in the correct location in the future.

Settings panel
This is still a very basic version of LSPDFR. It's not LCPDFR 1.1 for GTA V. It's sure to come in future versions.

Why can't people post on old support topics with no answers?
You've never been 'allowed' to reply to topics that are older than 30 days, as those are considered dead and abandoned. Posting in such a topic is what we call a "bump" or "necro-post". Since you brought your warning up, you were posting in topics that were years old. LSPDFR (not LSPD:FR) was not even released back then. These rules won't change, but we will bring back a clearer notice it isn't allowed some time soon I hope.
