You can't replace a plane with a car. That'll cause a whole plethora of issues.

Have you installed it correctly? Is it an LSPDFR plugin?

It depends on the UAC settings on your PC I think. If you run a program as administrator whilst explorer isn't, Windows will get permission denied (albeit hidden) if you try drag and drop. If UAC is disabled, it should work.

Reinstall LCPDFR 1.1.

Make sure you aren't using a crack - We don't support cracks or people using pirated software Update GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game, or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC) - These patches are needed. Make sure that you run the game as an administrator. Make sure that your GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only" Ensure that AdvancedHook.dll, ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder Ensure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folder. Check that all the above files exist, if they do not, reinstall LCPDFR with the MANUAL installation. Ensure that you are using up to date versions of every LCPDFR dependency and LCPDFR itself. It already is easy, it's pretty much drag and drop a few files, and then a doubleclick on a exe file.

You'll have to experiment. As a rule of thumb, no LSPDFR 0.2 plugins work with LSPDFR 0.3. Closing this topic as the original issue is resolved, if you need further LSPDFR support, please post in the support forums after reading all available documentation.

LSPDFR comes with its own set of police radio. Any feature you see listed on the LSPDFR feature page is a feature of LSPDFR and not any other mod.
