  1. No problem! Enjoy :)
  2. It's no problem, enjoy. Make sure you make backups and read the ELS user manual before using the mod!
  3. I love you! Ehh, I mean I love the mod. Damn well said.
  4. Sure, here's one ('?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>). If you prefer the Vanilla cars, here are some ('?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>). And here's a link to the download section. Look through it (http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/category/16-vehicle-models/?dosort=1&sort_key=file_rating&sort_order=desc). Also.. Not a direct order but... could you please not use Vomit Sans? :p
  5. No, you have to press Ctrl+N to call for a helicopter.
  6. What exactly did you want help with? Doesn't the manual installation work?
  7. Could not have said it better myself. Deus Ex is also one of my favorite games, was a while ago now...
  8. Because like this the devs are free to do as they wish with the mod, not bound by any rules that Valve set up for them.
  9. Are you actually calling the helicopter to join the pursuit?
  10. You need to use ELS enabled cars for ELS to work properly. There are various ELS enabled cars availible in our download section.
  11. No problem, glad I could help :)
  12. Indeed, if you set the compability to always run as admin you don't have to right click!
  13. Yes you should. Let me just copy this thing from my guide... Lazy lol UAC (User Account Control). Only Windows Vista, 7, or higher. Note: If you are using Windows XP, you can skip this part. If you feel that you don’t want to change these settings, feel free to skip it. UAC is a part of Windows Security introduced with Windows Vista. It will not allow the user (you) to do any change to the computer without giving a warning message. It’s quite annoying and if you have some common sense, it will not be a danger to disable it. Disabling UAC: Open the start menu. Type “UAC” (without quotes) Pull the “slider” all the way down and accept the changes. A reboot may be required in some rare cases.
  14. Are you launching the game as administrator?
  15. What are your computer specs, sounds like your PC is struggling to keep up.
  16. And those programs weren't related to RGSC, GFWL or GTA IV in any way, right?
  17. Why yes of course, sir:-novblank -norestrictions -percentvidmem 100 -novsync -frameLimit 0 -nomemrestrict
  18. Did you recently make a change to your computer?
  19. Watch this video ('?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>) by Break to solve your issue. If that doesn't solve your issue however, make you uncheck the tazer option in the LCPDFR automatic installer. Also, make sure not to link your account during the installation. You will get this error due to the Crime Stats system being down.
  20. No problem :) Happy to help!
  21. There are instructions in the LCPDFR Knowledge Base, here ('?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>). :)
  22. Uhh... I installed it? I'm using a commandline for both GTA IV and EFLC to improve the time before I get a crash, that may have something to do with it. May be you just don't have a powerful enough computer to run EFLC since it's more resource-heavy?
  23. It's LCPDFR fyi. Trying using the manual installation package instead.
  24. I have no issues with graphic loss in either of those games. And anything with injector in the name has me leery.
