ELS V7.
Do you have a trainer installed? If yes, read the readme and the config file for it to turn off the trainer keys.

Well, is your GTA IV key valid, or not? Have you bought the game?

Arma 3 addons.
I'm not really sure what the point of this is. Maybe some kind of interface for getting a new weapon from the trunk (that'd be shotgun or the carbine), but clothes? No. I'm not sure how many departments keep clothes in the trunk, maybe vests but the LCPD doesn't use vests in GTA IV. Clothing can be put on at the police station, or with a trainer if you really don't like your cop clothing. More partners would be useful if you are playing as a NOOSE team, but those commands would be very hard to do. You can put a waypoint on the map and the backups you call will move there first though. Doing a GTA V character style switch in GTA IV is possible, but extremely buggy. And here I come to the part of your post that I have a problem with What kind of talk is that? lol. The quick-action menu works fine for me, it doesn't lag out and offers good LCPDFR functions in a easily accessible interface. It isn't the LCPDFR Teams fault that your computer + game lags out when using the interface. They provide this mod for free, no need to say that the interface sucks because it surely doesn't. What the team has done with GTA IV scripting is amazing. It is far from sucky, sir. One more thing: Adding more mods to GTA IV, or more features to LCPDFR is generally a bad idea, especially those who are of a larger scale. Small callouts are of course fine, but entierly new features (such as a character switch) is doomed to create more crashes and lessen the player enjoyment immensly. There's an Efficiency Ratio to be taken into consideration here: More mods = More Crashes More crashes = Less player enjoyment Is that calculation worth it? Do you want to sacrifice player enjoyment for this? Further, LCPDFR does come with an API. You seem to know your codes, take a look at it. Maybe you can implement something like this yourself.

LCPDFR for GTA IV or EFLC
It isn't the same map, as they 2 are seperate games set in the same city. OP: For some people LCPDFR is more stable on EFLC, and for some it's more stable on GTA IV. As Ringo said, you will be able to use more police vehicles.

Stealing a cow in GTA V
Hm, Carry's video was posted Dec 26, 2013 and this other thing was posted 07 February 2014 - 12:45 PM. Guess your idea is popular Carry :D It's a damn good video lol

Stealing a cow in GTA V
So? This is Carrythxd's topic, and presumably his idea too. It's a great video and it made me laugh a lot. I don't think too many here care about "some other topic on some other forum" :)

Yeah, I wonder a little about that statement too.

Never did like the Charger anyway.

Some scripts aren't working.
You can try, but there's really no difference other than Dsound being more stable at times.
-
Some scripts aren't working.
I find that very hard to believe. Some scripts go into the scripts folder and some into the root directory.

Freeze when choosing car LCPDFR 1.0b
Hello :) Open up your LCPDFR.ini, look under "Main", it should look something like this by default: Now, add to the bottom of that part PreloadAllModels=TrueThe "Main" part should now look like this:

Some scripts aren't working.
Have you read the script readmes? Because in all other cases you have made a topic, you have failed to follow instructions. Make sure the scripts who are supposed to be in the scripts folder, are in the scripts folder and those who are supposed to be in the root directory are in the root directory.

[REL] Web-Based Clan Dispatch Program
I do like the Metro design, as it looks like you have been inspired from Windows 8 - 8.1. I'm not sure about having "LCPDFR Clan System" as it isn't hosted by LCPDFR, or provided by the LCPDFR Team.

I could be wrong, but it might be a corrections officer.

Disabling GFWL
Nope. Why do you want to disable it?
-
why does it take so long for
You have to wait like an added 3 seconds, when you are Roleplaying as a police officer. That's not a lot. To answer your question: Not a bug, it's a feature.

Traffic stopping behind emergency cars
No, you didn't, but you said it didn't work in MP and I provided a reason for that. Never know what LMS is working on though :)

Using a moderator notice. Damn, that's cheating.
