  1. What are you talking about? Did you get a mod? Did you update the game to a newer version? What graphics when turning on the lights?
  2. With all those mods, yes. Post your computer specs and other information such as legal copy of the game, running as admin etc. Also, please note that LCPDFR is only officially supported on a unmodded copy of the game.
  3. Read the ELS manual before using it. There are instructions on how to disable ELS for some cars. Always read the readme and manuals provided for a mod. They'll save you a lot of time. Like, for example, the doors will flap around ridiculously when using ELS. That is, for the moment, a bug with ELS that hasn't been fixed. More information in the manual.
  4. Read the pinned topics, search the forum, follow the troubleshooter, then come back to this topic and let me know if you solved it or not.
  5. Use LCPDFR 1.0b instead, as you are probably using an outdated version. And you, there are a ton of other topics with this issue :)
  6. I don't think you read my reply properly. Some mods cause the taxibug, some don't. In this case, they don't apparently.
  7. I think it's completely normal for car mods to make GTA IV act out of the ordinary, some might cause bugs, some might not. Just because they are high-poly won't mean they will cause the taxi bug. It increases the possibility for it to appear though. The taxi bug is caused by GTA IV running out of video memory, which can be caused even without mods at all.
  8. Not that I know of no.
  9. Yes, and that is in the vanilla game, not modded. R* had the correct tools and such, modders do not have the proper tools to modify the game in such a way to make it behave the way the OP would want. So yes, I am pretty sure.
  10. It's Netman. He is using magic, what do you think?
  11. Nope, not for me. Works like a charm.
  12. Press 'Home' to bring up the GFWL client and click on Account Management. This will minimize the game bring up the Xbox Live Management page in your web browser. From here, sign in using your Live account, then click on Privacy Settings. In the Text and Voice Chat section, make sure that it is set to 'Everyone'. Then 'Save', exit the browser and continue the game.

  14. cp702 made a mod that does exactly what you are asking for OP. Check his files :)
  15. It has been brought up to discussion before, but it isn't possible.
  16. I'm not sure what you mean. There is no chat?
  17. Good find, I'm glad you solved it yourself :)
  18. Are you even administrator on your computer?

  20. Because this text isn't enough of a sign? "lcpdfr.com is home to the ever growing police modding community of the GTA series, and the LCPDFR modification.cpdfr.com is home to the ever growing police modding community of the GTA series, and the LCPDFR modification." Also, this text on the front-page? LCPDFR is a mod for GTA IV, and you'll need a legal, updated version of this.
  21. Yeah, and if that is the case, something should have been done before this even could happen. Prevention.

  23. It is really sad to see a thing like this happen, especially since there are young kids involved. They having to see the blood from their friends, and even bodies. Makes me sick. Banning knives won't help the situation. The situation has already happened. It probably won't help future sitations either. Stricter laws aren't the way to go, more information to the kids, and taking care of the kids before something like this happens is the way to do it.
  24. How many mods are you using? And what kind of mods are you using?
