If you're getting Steam back, Left 4 Dead 2. Pretty good co-op experience with the right friends. Specially with the amount of free downloadable content and user created content, it lasts for long without you getting that bored.

Also, you should definitely check out L.A. Noire. It's about solving crimes, as a detective in the late 1940's Los Angeles.

Driver San Francisco is a quite fun game, I can't get enough of it and it doesn't require Steam. I know you're not using Steam, though I'd let you know it's currently on Summer Sale for 14

It does, but it has a lot of problems. Callouts are not synced, animations, weapons such as taser, bean bag shotgun, etc... It's also very crash happy.

Yes, it does but I wouldn't suggest using godmode. It makes the game well unfair against other people and often gets you kicked from servers - without a warning.

Derp. Well, I'm not the best to explain this but I guess it's very basicly like, high quality, obviously better looking cars are high poly and the default, more closer to IV's car style or lower are usually low poly.
