People VOLUNTEER here to help you on their own, free time and I'd like to see some bit of respect from you, it's no wonder if they don't help you for acting so impatient. Also, you broke the community guidelines by spamming (double posting). I'll hide the posts from public, but next time I'll also issue warning points. Edit your posts instead of double posting and do not bump topics so early. Be patient.

No, we can't upload copyrighted stuff over here. It's simply illegal. Re-install your game or if you're using Steam version, verify your game cache by right clicking the game in your properties, selecting properties, local files and then verify integrity of game cache. That should get you the files back.

I'm pretty sure dual core will work, but not sure how good. Depends on how many mods you have overall and what kind of. I'd suggest something little more than a dual core to be honest.

If you're going to complain about something like that, I don't think you're going to recieve much help, buddy. There are people here who VOLUNTEER on their own free time, without pay to moderate and give support to help you out with problems. If 41 people viewed the topic and only one replied, probably the other 40 did not know what the fix for it was. Do note, not only mods see this section, so a lot of random people could've stumbled into the topic. Now I really do hope to see you act a bit more respectful to people around here, or we're seriously going to have a problem here. Thank you.

Yeah, car mods are probably the cause. I'll move the topic. You should try replacing cars such as the N.O.o.S.E cruiser or the F.I.B Buffalo instead since the game doesn't spawn them too often.

I doubt this has anything to do with LCPDFR. Say, d'ya got any car mods installed?
