  1. One day I'll get the big stuff out. 😭
  2. Yeah, I know. With the pre-release asset we got that doesn't have them, I personally suspect those pedestrians were just mockups for the ads, billboards.
  3. The Asian head was not featured in the pre-release asset.

Finally! Somebody let the beta cops out of the precinct basement and they're hungry for crooks! This mod restores the cut pre-release m_y_cop model in full. The only alteration to it is higher texture resolution from the vanilla PC version of the game for several diffuse and normal textures, as far as the clothes are concerned. The rest remain as they are. Alternate download link: GTA 4 Real Beta Cops Mod - GTAinside.com
  4. Appreciated! There's more yet to come.
  5. You export them with OpenIV and rename the variations so as not to replace current textures.
  6. There may be. Just went through an older conversation I had with a buddy, adding more head textures apparently fixes it (?). You may try duplicating some and see if that does it. I'm working on a dispatch mod and it kinda skips over the issue so I forgot about it completely. Thanks for the heads up.
  7. Can you try changing the "job" property of the head items in the pedVariation from 0 to 1? Not sure if that would help. I have heard the M_M_FBI ped doesn't even use all of its head textures when spawned in dispatch, so maybe it is related to that, if the job thing doesn't work.
  8. Did you alter the pedvariations file for GTA IV like suggested in the readme?

This mod alters the episodic FIB ped (m_y_ciadlc_02) with some additional texture variants and meshes like jeans, badges and some belt accessories. It also normalizes them so you don't get different colored text per jacket/body armor variant. Alternate download: GTA 4 Improved EFLC FIB Mod - GTAinside.com
  9. We do got to. Thank you!

Two helicopter pilot peds for Liberty City Police Department and Alderney State Police. It only contains the peds themselves and no script mods to make them be used in helicopters or the like. Their use is up to you. Textures are fairly low resolution and the helmet is oversized (comes from NHeliPilot), but they're meant to be seen from afar primarily, anyway. This mod adds tiny bit more variation to NOoSE members by making the radio mesh either appear up front, on the back (like in pre-release footage), or not at all! More RNG to the people! Alternate download: GTA 4 Improved NOoSE Ped Mod - GTAinside.com
  10. Super glad to hear! If anybody still has anything to report, for example, for CE version of the game, I'm interested to find out.
  11. Working on it! All the oldies for sure once I go over 'em.
  12. Sort of? Dunno if I'd know how to do that exactly but it's not something I have planned anyway. I know the LSPD assets were already ported before.
  13. Zmod on WD recently, OpenFormats editing without modelling software in other cases thus far, for GTA IV/V.
  14. I have some stuff in store but the list of things to do isn't getting any shorter. We shall see what'll come out first and when! 😄 I have some currently worked out, but I need to get all my mods in order.
  15. Thanks, I appreciate the support!

Simple script mod that replaces the toll booth cop peds with traffic cops, instead of whatever's loaded into memory at the time thru pedgrps. Only tested on patch 1080 so let me know how it works in the other versions if you're trying. Make sure to check the readme for install instructions and always back up your original files. 16. Although it's private, I don'y de Although it's private, anybody can feel free to add me. I generally accept all friends requests, but I probably can't answer for all of what Custo's mods, do, and I really don't work on a lot of even my personal mods anymore. Sorry about that. I can ask for Custo, if you want me to, though. I can then PM you the answer so we don't have to keep it up in this topic.
  17. It's okay though, Police 10-13'll be here soon and will be the most amazing police sim ever! Right guys..? Right...?
  18. I like how it looks just like those weird European police simulators that was released a few years back, but this time set in America. True quality.
  19. I believe so, hence why I think there are brighter minds already working on this. Issues like people slipping through the net, by my speculating is just due to the little manpower versus potentional criminal candidates.
