I once had the snow mod installed, something got corrupted as I was trying to revert it and I got such model errors around the map myself. I also kept getting SMPA60.

I don't think there's any official way to just download them off the internet, but if you've got the Steam version, you can verify your game cache by right clicking the game in your library, then properties, local files and verify integrity of game cache. That should re-download the files. However, if you're using retail, you can of course try out the site Tom H linked you up with, or just re-install the game and remember to back files up in the future. We can't upload them here for you, since that'd be pretty much illegal.

It might crash sometime, other times it doesn't. It's a 50/50 with LCPDFR online really.

I don't know about you guys, but I'm happy they've seemt to keep the GTA IV cruiser. It really doesn't look that outdated, the black and white livey gives it a whole new look and the lights on top of it, I think it's amazing! I really hope there will be a Sheriff's department though.I'd hate to see LSPD around the countryside.
