I have simply no idea what could be causing this issue. Actually, maybe some other mod is conflicting with the keys? If you have Simple Native Trainer, I'd suggest disabling the keys.

Wrong section, this doesn't seem like an issue with LCPDFR, thus, I'm moving it.

Please, writing in all caps won't get you more help. Anyways, I highly doubt that SparkIV would be causing the issue. It would be more likely that you're installing these car mods wrong.

Only playing IV, not really into EFLC. And we do this pretty often, mostly on random freemode servers.

Welp, got these two fairly long videos done of some policing in the gret multiplayer section of IV. Those freemode servers are crazy, I'll tell ya. There's some more videos on my channels if any of you would like to check out, since I'm not posting every single one of them here. Enjoy!

You need to have an asiloder, which you removed (xlive.dll). You can try out another asiloader, dsound instead. It also doesn't disable online multiplayer.
