If you're running IV on XP, you'll need to download and install service pack 3. Also, this is in the wrong section, buddy, It has nothing to do with LCPDFR.

Nope. Actually, I think it's possible if you edit WeaponInfo.dat. Maybe by replacing <anim group="gun@mp5k" with <anim group="gun@ak47"> Not quite sure though.

*Ahem* Dsound is the recommended one, specially since xlive removes the online features of the game. Anyhow, enjoy the mod!

As stated above, try it without the car mods. They don't work too well with LCPDFR.

You can always use dsound asiloader.

Do you have xlive? If yes, you must remove it in order to get online side of the game working, since xlive disables windows live.
