I doubt they'll make it pay to play I have no plans getting it considering how shit the PC version of black ops was.

Server is in the UK, most of the visitors are from the UK or US. All the developers are in Europe.

lol, you're kidding right? For one, you can't run the .NET Framework on a PS3 or an XBOX 360 (well you can on the XBOX, but not in this context) and LCPDFR is built upon the .NET Framework. Both are closed platforms. Both systematically disallow modding. Plus, PC is substantally better at running games. There would be huge differences in the code, too and memory locations and scripthooks (even if we ported them using PS3/X360 toolchain) would not work.

LCPD First Response does not officially offer support for single core-CPU systems. Check 'Get Support', but otherwise upgrade your system.

This is not an LCPDFR issue; but is a Games for Windows LIVE issue. You can either install Games for Windows Live Redistrubutable (google it) or install xliveless (which will remove online play).

Go into your GTA IV directory and double click GTAIV.exe. Does it give you an error?

No idea. Somehow the KeyDown event is being fired for F8 when you're not pressing it. No idea why this is happening, and whatever it is, it's not a LCPDFR bug (we get the event directly from DirectX/scripthook). I'll have a look at the code, but I doubt I'll see a bug.

No idea, it's not a LCPDFR bug -- may however be another modification conflicting. The development team runs LCPDFR without any other modifications and it runs completely fine.

Hopefully the next version will be less error prone and a pin in the ass to set-up for some.
