Sorry, we have no intention on extending the distance at the moment.

Liberty City is a heavily policed city. There's cops everywhere. Making callouts a distance away is a little unrealistic. We might in the future change the distance if we continue getting reports on this, but at the moment we don't plan any change to the distance.

Not an LCPD First Response issue. This is related to your GTA IV installation. Try reinstalling the game.

All of the developers use 64-bit machines. Try downloading http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?familyid=BD512D9E-43C8-4655-81BF-9350143D5867&displaylang=en ?

Dev Note: This is a common problem, could it be caused by string obfuscation?

The only IPs we range ban are all known IPs used by Facebook (tfbnw) as they enjoy using gigabytes of our bandwidth. It's unlikely your IP got caught in this, but I'll take a look.

Try downloading without the download accelerator. We don't ban them from our side, but they might not be working right with the software we use for releasing the downloads.

Can you post a screenshot of your GTA IV folder with all the files? Cheers.
