I still prefer SA to IV.

I'm going to try and see if there's a way we can on-the-fly inject textures into GTA IV's memory. Probably a long shot but worth a try. If we can, we could use this in LCPD:FR as default without needing to modify the files.

Use the phone and select Multiplayer. Unless you installed xliveless.

I think I have an ASUS MB. Yeah, it says on the manual that putting both in at the same time can 'damage' the motherboard. I've only used DDR3 on this though so yeah.

You sure man? My motherboard has 2 DDR2 slots and 2 DDR3 slots. It's a weird AM2+ motherboard, which supports AM2 and AM3 or some crap.
