  1. ELS and other modifications are off-topic in the support forum. If you really need discussion about ELS or other modifications use the Random forum or the GTA Series forum. Regarding your issue, we have over thousands of successful installations and users of LCPDFR. I'm sorry it's not working for you, but the instructions given usually and should suffice. Please only post again when you can include a G17 Media diagnostics report. If it's crashing, run it again and again until it creates a report. We cannot help you without this report, like the page you viewed before creating this topic clearly said.
  2. Also, make sure you're running the installer as administrator and that your GTA IV folder is NOT set to read-only.
  3. You're running the game as administrator AND you're using GTA IV patch 1.0.7.0, correct?
  4. http://www.guardian.co.uk/technology/2011/apr/26/playstation-network-hackers-data lol.
  5. They see us flamin' they hatin'
  6. Norton is a POS. Disable your antivirus if it's causing problems, this is called a false postivie. Files available on this website are very safe, and any files uploaded are checked by two members of staff before going live.
  7. Eep, was going to upload it for you, then I realized that file is like 600MB+. Try reinstalling?
  8. Moving to random; this support forum is for LCPD First Response support requests only.
  9. Hmm, I had a similar problem while updating. Download this: http://games.softpedia.com/get/Patch/Grand-Theft-Auto-IV-Patch.shtml Run UpdateTitle.exe - if that doesn't work, run UpdateTitle.msi. We only officially support 1.0.7.0, the latest patch, because that's the only version the developers use.
  10. Really good first attempt!
  11. Yeah, you might be right. I have an ATI card and have never encountered either the taxi problem or the "OMFG WHERE MAH BUILDINGS AND TEXTURE GO" problem.
  12. Should concentrate on doing something about that processor.
  13. Can you take a screenshot of your Scripts folder, and LCPDFR folder?
  14. Try reinstalling the mod using the automatic installer.
  15. Are you using any other mods?
  16. Are you running the game as administrator?
  17. Perhaps read what the support page you were shown before posting in this forum said.
  18. Please keep it in the same topic. I've merged the topics for now. You won't be able to use any car modifications you add to the game with LCPDFR (unless you replace models). This is because the models used in LCPDFR are hard-coded.
  19. Fantastic mod, well done! I'll see if we can spotlight it on the website somehow.
  20. It's possible, but pretty useless as this new car won't be driven by any AI or usable by any mods unless the mods have had this hardcoded into them.
  21. Try installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redist x86 (Google it).
  22. You need at least 2GB of RAM to use LCPDFR, the diagnostics tool would have also told you that.
  23. See image: You can also get it by clicking your profile name and clicking 'Crime Statistics'.
