  1. Hmm, I had a similar problem while updating. Download this: http://games.softpedia.com/get/Patch/Grand-Theft-Auto-IV-Patch.shtml Run UpdateTitle.exe - if that doesn't work, run UpdateTitle.msi. We only officially support 1.0.7.0, the latest patch, because that's the only version the developers use.
  2. Really good first attempt!
  3. Yeah, you might be right. I have an ATI card and have never encountered either the taxi problem or the "OMFG WHERE MAH BUILDINGS AND TEXTURE GO" problem.
  4. Should concentrate on doing something about that processor.
  5. Can you take a screenshot of your Scripts folder, and LCPDFR folder?
  6. Try reinstalling the mod using the automatic installer.
  7. Are you using any other mods?
  8. Are you running the game as administrator?
  9. Perhaps read what the support page you were shown before posting in this forum said.
  10. Please keep it in the same topic. I've merged the topics for now. You won't be able to use any car modifications you add to the game with LCPDFR (unless you replace models). This is because the models used in LCPDFR are hard-coded.
  11. Fantastic mod, well done! I'll see if we can spotlight it on the website somehow.
  12. It's possible, but pretty useless as this new car won't be driven by any AI or usable by any mods unless the mods have had this hardcoded into them.
  13. Try installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redist x86 (Google it).
  14. You need at least 2GB of RAM to use LCPDFR, the diagnostics tool would have also told you that.
  15. See image: You can also get it by clicking your profile name and clicking 'Crime Statistics'.
  16. Probably something to do with UAC. This should work, though.
  17. Use [fn] or edit FirstResponse.ini in the scripts folder to something else.
  18. Is there a file called 'LCPDFRErrorLogging.txt' or similar in your GTA IV folder? If not, LCPDFR isn't loading, and there's a problem with your installation. If so, post the file here.
  19. Try deleting the scripts folder. If it still doesn't run, it's not a LCPDFR issue and we can't help you here.

  21. If you trust Norton, you have problems which extend beyond computers.
  22. Make sure to patch it to the latest version.
