The .NET Framework is not installed correctly, consult Microsoft support.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer support for bugs or problems caused by the usage of other software or modifications. Although we try to make LCPDFR as compatible with other mods as possible, it is always designed to be installed on a clean copy of the original game.

All my nVidia cards die after around 3 months with mild overclocking. ATI cards I've never needed to overclock or even RMA it.

Faster RAM will help more than additional RAM.

Install the full .NET Framework 4 (Google it), if it still doesn't work, we can't help you and this is a .NET Framework installation problem you'll have to consult Microsoft about.

No, it detects from the GTA IV registry path. If it says that it's not installed, it means GTA IV paths are not in your registry, which is a problem on your end (with installation or w/e).

Meh, I've said it time and time again, the GTA IV engine was not designed for huge hi-poly car modifications. If you use one of these, expect to see horrible, horrible bugs... not only with LCPD:FR, but with general GTA IV gameplay too.
