Graphics, old but powerful. Should be OK for GTA IV + LCPD:FR modifications. I can't tell the processor without the model number or something, there are a lot of processors in the 'Core i5' family. However, it looks fine for running LCPDFR (provided you have enough and fast RAM).

Welcome to the forums! Are you using 64-bit Windows by any chance? Download and install the 32-bit version of the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package.

This. Car mods which have similar poly counts to the originals wouldn't be a problem, but nobody fucking makes them.

LCPDFR is suppose to be installed on a vanilla (clean) version of GTA IV. Closing as LCPDFR does not cause this bug.

*sigh* Make sure your GTA IV folder isn't read-only. A simple Google will instruct you how to do this.
