  1. I'm surprised you've not encountered this before then. It tends to happen that Windows Defender doesn't like an RPH update about 10% of the time, we last had a big false detection at the end of 2024, pretty much the same as this. We end up flagging the false detection to Microsoft, who then unflags it on their end. We don't make any changes on our end because there's no change for us to make on our end.
  2. Generally, Smart App Control blocks any untrusted binaries. A big determination of whether a binary gets marked untrusted is whether the binary is signed or not. LSPDFR and RPH are unsigned, along with every other GTA5 mod -- partly due to the cost of signing software and partly due to this not being an issue for most users. Sometimes, Smart App Control allows unsigned binaries if they hold a 'high' Windows Defender reputation, which is something that takes months to establish, and usually there's been a new update since then. This won't be something unique to LSPDFR/RPH, but you'll most likely run into issues with other mods too. You can either turn it off, wait for the file to reach 'high reputation' or not use LSPDFR/other mods. It's really in your court.

  5. Feel free to either add an exception, or not use LSPDFR if you don't trust it.
  6. That's not even on our site.
  7. RPH loads mods that are in the plugins folder. LSPDFR loads LSPDFR callouts and plugins inside the plugins/LSPDFR folder. File modifications (mods folder) and other script modifications are not managed by RPH or LSPDFR, it's not what they do. You'd want https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/openrpf-openiv-asi-for-gta-v-enhanced to load mods folder mods -- which you'd need to make sure are compatible with enhanced, it's effectively another game.
  8. Use the following RPH build from here: which works better on older GPUs.
  9. Launch GTA V to story mode first, then launch RPH.
  10. There's still files missing from that folder. e.g. LMS.Common.dll. The files that ship with RPH + LSPDFR are not optional. All of them most go in your game folder.
  11. There's a large amount of RPH files which are missing from your game folder, a bunch of EasyHook, Mono dlls, System.ValueTuple, etc. Copy all files from the package.
  12. it's... it's a RAR file. You'll need 7zip or WinRAR.

  14. Due to circumstances outside of our control, Russian users may experience issues trying to download files from our website. This is a result of your government blocking our providers for our file serving servers. This is not an issue with LCPDFR.com. This may appear confusing to you, as the website otherwise works, but we use different providers for our website frontends vs our high bandwidth download servers. Some more technical information on what the Russian government is doing can be found in this article: The Cloudflare BlogRussian Internet users are unable to access the open Inte...Since June 9, 2025, Internet users located in Russia and connecting to the open Internet have been throttled by Russian Internet Service Providers (ISPs). Whilst we discourage VPN use on our network, VPNs are (generally) not blocked for users with an LCPDFR.com account. We recommend creating an account and using a VPN for downloads. I recommend consulting with other Russian internet users on the best choices, as some VPNs may be exposed to the same blocking. We will look into what actions we can take on our end (e.g finding a provider which is not blocked in Russia) but this is something which is not a priority at the moment, and risks a cat and mouse game.
  15. Your country heavily throttles downloads from the ISPs that we use. https://www.lcpdfr.com/forums/topic/154634-absolutely-all-files-from-the-site-cannot-be-downloaded/
  16. https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta4mods/g17media/4607-lcpd-first-response-legacy-edition/ the 1.1 'legacy edition' download should only be used on the latest version of the game. you can use the older 1.1 manual installation download for a downgraded game. if using a downgraded game, get rid of 'aCompleteEditionHook.asi' if you left it behind in your folder. Using mismatched versions will just cause issues.
  17. The issue is your country throttling downloads from certain western ISPs. Sorry. There’s nothing further we can do I’m afraid.
  18. Thank you very much for your report - I’m out today but will take a look at this tomorrow.
  19. yeah you can’t just take random ASIs from legacy and assume they work - if they use anything not in the SHV API (memory manipulation / hooking) unless they have been specifically ported to Enhanced they will not work or crash your game
  20. Did you install the needed prerequisites for the directstorage fix?
  21. are you still getting that popup happen at the same time as the issue?
  22. Does RPH launch with this exception? Or are you still getting it blocked by Windows?
  23. Probably an extension of https://www.lcpdfr.com/forums/topic/154187-problems-accessing-the-site-from-russia/
  24. any further information you can provide (like what happens when you try), screenshots, etc would be appreciated.
