  3. Cyan replied to KBergeron51982's topic in Legacy
    You'll need GTA V Legacy.
  4. I don't have an affected card. I wouldn't be able to help you set up an exception, or even tell you if that ability exists. The NVIDIA documentation however mentions being able to turn it on or off. Or, you can downgrade your NVIDIA driver until it's fixed. As for RPH's rendering code, it's ubiquitously compatible. Even in Linux with Wine, across multiple compatibility layers, RPH's render code works. The blame is on whatever NVIDIA is doing for Smooth Motion. From doing some Googling (searching "nvidia smooth motion crashing github"), it's clear it has not only broken RPH rendering code. I'm not discounting a workaround eventually being available, but it will take time and effort, and it's not something we're going to get to doing for a while unless the workaround to NVIDIA's breakage is very easy. It's more likely a fix will come in a future NVIDIA driver update if it's impacting other things.
  5. I think following your workaround is the best approach for now. You could also try turning off Smooth Motion / make an exception for GTA V in NVIDIA settings. I will caution that although I can foresee a fix (or more likely workaround considering the relevant "stable" DX APIs shouldn't really be broken by an NVIDIA driver update and only specific cards), it isn’t something that’s likely to be addressed right away.
  6. Can you (or anybody affected) post a full log. If it's too large, feel free to do it as an off-site link or exit the game very early.
  7. The latest updates on LSPDFR for GTA Enhanced are here: A testing version is currently live for our Patreon subscribers. Any further updates will be posted on this thread or on the updates forum!
  8. LSPDFR Sync has the companion feature. You can call backup from your phone or another device whilst in-game.

  12. It's a false positive. Your AV has flagged our client-side components for file tag management.
  13. Try disabling any adblocking or other third party extensions you might have temporarily and see if that resolves it. I'm not seeing this as a more widespread issue.
  14. This has turned into a bit of a "when" thread which we try to avoid: the original question was answered by the developers. As the original question was answered and the later replies are steering off-topic, I'm closing this thread.
  15. Not sure what you're on about. CodeWalker has made huge strides on the file formats. RDR2 is moddable, work however slowed because there's not a huge amount of community interest (at least compared to GTA). We had our own code running on RDR2 within hours of it being released. There's a few things that are annoying (like a lot of filenames are hashed instead of being easily accessible) but it's not insurmountable.
  16. It was updated Aug 15th for the Aug 13th update. In general, I probably wouldn't recommend subscribing to the Patreon again unless you are comfortable about there being many days where a Rockstar update breaks the prerelease and needs manually updated. Rockstar do update fairly often, and we provide updates as soon as we can. I refunded you the month where you couldn't try it.

  22. There's a huge amount of IP addresses out there, you're going to have to be more specific. In general, LCPDFR.com blocks server/hosting ISPs which have caused us issues on the past. If you'd like me to have a look, either send the reference number of the block here or send me the IP address concerned in a private message.
