    LSPDFR doesn't know about Ultimate Backup's agencies. Ultimate Backup chooses to ignore LSPDFR's system and use its own. You'd have to define your own agency in agency.xml and define the vehicles for it. You'd then need to define a region comprised of the zones inside regions.xml and then link the region to the agency in backup.xml. A small brief is available here.
