  5. it needs to say false not flase like, true / false
  6. I mean, GTA V has no official modding tools, nor did GTA IV - but LSPDFR and LCPDFR were created. Infact, LSPDFR entered development before any scripthooks were developed or available to the public. The fact it has any modding tools should make the creation of mods easier than GTA V or GTA IV. I'll be honest, I would expect VCPDFR first before NCPDFR - we are after all GTA developers.
  7. LSPDFR coexists with GTA V and doesn't take much storage. I have played GTA Online probably hundreds of times with LSPDFR in the folder, I simply do not start the game with RAGEPluginHook.exe (if you only have LSPDFR installed, that's all you have to do) and rename SHV's/LML's files. I don't know what FiveM does, but it should be able to coexist similarly. If it doesn't, you can take that up with Rockstar.
  8. I've not looked into the feasibility of it, so I couldn't tell you if it's "too hard" or "not possible" - it's not something we have really investigated, there is not a huge amount of interest on our side (at least from me) at the moment.

  10. Thanks for the report, this will be fixed in a future release of LSPDFR. If you want an earlier fix for your own installation, see @The Loot's response, this is a oversight in agency.xml. Bug reports belong in the support section - we do not have a dedicated section for bug reports otherwise.
  11. dev-c.com has always had issues with their site. The secure version of the site does not load images correctly, and fails the Referer header check when you actually try to download SHV, redirecting you back to the insecure version. So, we link to the "insecure" one. Insecure is this context means using HTTP instead of HTTPS. If paranoid about it, don't use SHV. Mostly because browsers have only started fairly recently aggressively labelling HTTP as insecure, not because anything has actually changed on the site's end.
  12. mods folder is bad (something is preventing LSPDFR running correctly) additionally both GTA and your RPH are outdated.
  13. Your translation hasn't quite come through, I'm not entirely sure what you're saying or asking, so my reply might be not entirely accurate. In terms of translating LSPDFR, it is currently not possible due to a lack of translatable strings. There is a branch of LSPDFR with some work ongoing make the project translatable, but it is being worked on during spare time and is not an active priority. If you're talking about making edits to LSPDFR's assemblies to translate strings or other authors' work to do the same, we obviously wouldn't be able to help you disassembling ours or other authors' work, and wouldn't be able to support that. If however your translations are based on permission with the author, or through a mechanism supported by the author, you are more than welcome to upload your translations to LCPDFR.com, like other authors do.

LCPDFR.com does not control the rights of other users' work, other than author's granting permission for us to host those works per our Terms of Service (which is necessary for the site to work). Unless they have explicitly mentioned you can use it commercially, or have explicitly licensed it in a fashion where you could (for example, some open licenses), you should assume that the work is by default copyrighted by the owner, and you should contact them to establish whether they would like you to use their work in such fashion, and what terms they would set on that.

  25. Hey Officerporci, thanks for the feedback. I will say it's hard to introduce major new features into LSPDFR at this point, especially functionality which has been introduced in a third party plugin. We could dedicate some time for example making police partners or roadblocks, and a majority of people will turn off the functionality for a plugin they are more used to. However, we will look into this - perhaps it's something we could introduce as a baseline functionality and expose APIs to expand it.
