As far as I am aware, it's actually illegal to reupload files from the game. With that being said, you can still find copies online. Just Google "GTA IV original component peds" and I'm sure you'll find them.

The font styles are, interesting... I can't say I'm a fan. -
That's a ute, they are very common here in Australia and New Zealand. Holden doesn't make a ute variant of the Caprice, so some idiot has gone and done that himself. -
Trust me, if you saw the original picture, you'd of Photoshopped it too. -
Usually that's related to an outdated game version. If you don't plan on playing multiplayer, just put xlive in instead of dsound as that will disable GFWL. If you do plan on playing multiplayer though, I would uninstall the game, delete all traces of it and then re-install.

May want to fix the "Liberty City" text on the rear, other than that, looks good! -
I'd recommend Avast, it's one of the best anti-virus software out there. http://www.avast.com I run it in conjunction with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and Microsoft Security Essentials.

Probably because your frame-rate significantly increased? It is a GTX 780 after-all.

Try using a commandline. I ran a GTX 560ti for about 2 years with almost no problems in IV.

At-least you keep it subtle, I just plaster anime all over my cars. Then again, I don't release mine, lol. -
Try exporting SparkIV to your Grand Theft Auto IV folder and running it from there. I'm just guessing, as I really have no idea when it comes to SparkIV.

North Korean leader, Kim Jong-un, has threatened "merciless" retaliation against the United States if Seth Rogen's new film, "The Interview" is released. The film, an action comedy set to release in October, stars Seth Rogen and James Franco who attempt to assassinate Kim Jong-un during an interview with him. Is that an Australian Code 3 Defender... on a Crown Victoria? It is. Honestly, no, I don't like it. That lightbar looks weird on American cars.
