Make sure you've got the correct version of SparkIV (this one should work). I'd also suggest exporting the RAR contents to your EFLC folder and running it from there, that works for me.

I honestly disagree with this, I recall playing Grand Theft Auto (the original) on my PS1 when I was very young (I was born in '97, you do the math). I've always been around violent games growing up and have only just been at the "legal" age to play these kinds of games since last year (Australia has only recently introduced the R18+ rating for video games, before then heavily violent games were straight up banned or thrown a MA15+ rating, GTA being one of these games), IMO it's up to the parents to decide what their children can and cannot play regardless of that child's age. Back to the original topic at hand though, you could ask for an allowance. Do some chores for your parents, get say $10 every week, it'll soon add up. In addition to this you could also mow lawns, wash cars, walk pets, etc for a bit of extra cash. Just don't do a half arsed job otherwise nobody will want you to do anything for them.

I've never managed to install sound files properly using OpenIV, it always glitches somewhere along the line. Try using SparkIV again, hit the "Browse" button and it should find your game files, if not, you'll have to manually find them by clicking "Open". What siren are you trying to install?

AFAIK you'll only see a difference while recording (provided the raw footage writes on the other hard drive).

I don't know of an online program but GIMP 2.8 is a great free alternative to Photoshop.
