CrossFire is correct; this vehicle was assembled by me for exclusive use by members of the Harbor County community for the time being. I may release it publicly later on, and I'm planning on using different elements of these cars for other projects that will be publicly released, but for now this car was purpose built for Harbor County's Patrol Division.

Truth be told, this livery wasn't my first choice but it was the one that the community voted to use this time around. We change liveries every 6 months and community members select from designs they submit. We had 20 different liveries to choose from and this one was the winner.

For the last 2 years we've been using black cars with silver / blue accent colors. I think most of us were ready for a change in our vehicle designs to celebrate our 2 year milestone which is why most of us sided with this black and white design.
