There is not an audio file for every street, so when the script tries to load the file for a street that doesn't have a file, it gives that error. It shouldn't be what is causing your game to crash. Also, according to your AdvancedHook log, the game crashed a whole minute after the audio error; if it was caused by the audio it would probably be at the same exact time.

+livery allows more than one livery to work on the car. I don't think ALM will work if +livery is not one of the flags, since the game will only load one livery. When it is used, a random livery will be loaded on the car when it is spawned. ALM will then change the livery based on the location depending on how you configured the ALM.ini Simple Native Trainer may still only show one livery when there are multiple liveries installed. I'm not sure how people have made SNT realize there are more than one.

You have to have permission from the chief for volunteer firefighters, even then you're only supposed to have a single light. Nobody follows that, but that's what the law says. For amber lights, they are only allowed on "hazard vehicles" when they are "engaged in a hazardous operation," or for a neighborhood watch type thing for cities with over 1 million residents and with permission from the commissioner of police. I don't think these laws are really enforced as long as you are not trying to impersonate a police officer. Source

It's the diagnostic tool trying to find LCPDFR.ini and failing. It always does, unless you manually find it. LCPDFR should have still been installed.

Make sure you are downloading this one. Just noticed it is telling you that you have a newer version installed. Go to your control panel, then uninstall a program. Check for any Microsoft .NET Frameworks that are already installed and uninstall those. Then install the one I just linked.

Yeah, the way it does matchmaking makes it take FOREVER to find a game, especially if you have a party.

It was enjoyable for a while for me, but I got bored of it. Although I really only like playing multiplayer games with people I know, so once they stopped playing, I stopped. It is only multiplayer, but there is a campaign built into it.

Try restarting your router, either through the router config or by unplugging it and plugging it back in. I have this problem where the internet slows down over time and I have to restart the router to fix it.

SRN_DefaultMode changes the default mode for the siren, STBY or HDSF. I believe HDSF will turn on the lights and sirens in a single button press. SRN_ResetSrnTone changes whether the siren tone will be reset when the siren is turned off. SRN_AllowToneYelp changes whether the yelp tone will work on the vehicle. SRN_AllowToneAlt1 changes whether the police priority tone will work on the vehicle. SRN_AllowToneAlt2 changes whether the ambulance priority tone will work on the vehicle. The wail always has to work, there is no way to disable it.
