  1. Sounds very similar to that PA siren that Fed Sig made

This isn't just another Fed Sig Smart Siren mod. This is THE NYPD's SS2000 rumbler siren with the brand-new manual tone used since 2013. Comes with all tones (except hi-lo, since it's rare). What you get: Wail Yelp Pier Manual Each tone has the rumbler enabled - a special low frequency amplifier designed to make the public feel the siren, which makes it much more effective! In-game: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QtqOauaDTbI Real siren: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fkpv14Jm0Ys https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_YQra4yfqlE https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lUUoaU1VsDg
  2. Mod is nearly finished. I'll post a video on here when it's done.
  3. Working on a new set of Fed Sig SS2000 rumbler sirens used by the NYPD. I know some have probably been done, but this one aims to be as authentic as possible (siren tones fit in with each other, loop properly etc.) Comes with the brand new manual tone that appears to be used by all vehicles fitted from 2013+. (Replaces the bullhorn so you can tap it between tones) Examples of use: 2012 Chevrolet Imaplas 2014 Ford Fusion 2014 Ford Interceptor (Taurus) and more... Real life:
  4. Precisely what I, too, am curious about. I have recently acquired a Samsung 840 250GB SSD device. But would the game menu and loading times be significantly reduced, were I to install GTA on that drive? Or would they more or less be the same?

Metropolitan Police Skoda Octavia vRS - Based on the current ANPR Interceptor units in service within London. Custom scratch-made British lightbar also fitted! More awesome British mods can be found on my YouTube channel! Watch the video to preview the mod: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oPd0Gd_0tfo Installation guide is INCLUDED in the readme. Please follow it before messaging me for help with installing mods. NOTICE: Make sure you run your detail/view distance settings above 50 or components of the vehicle may disappear. The vehicle lacks some LOD's to make the file size smaller, so that it will cause much less issues in-game. Features: ELS-enabled Custom Premier Hazard Sovereign lightbar Dirt mapped Multiple livery enabled Templates Highest quality skins Realistic tail-lights Exclusive equipment ELS v8 config with wig-wags Amazing handling Requirements: > GTA IV (patch 1.0.7.0) > Spark IV (to install models) > ELS v8 (most vehicles are ELS-enabled) > Common sense! 5. Thumbs up. Will be trying these out
  6. Let me be an asshole here and say: yes. I think they should, because my patrols and other British patrols would be far more exciting On a more serious note, I think police should be armed with more publicity than guns. That's what they are more in need of at the moment.
  7. I can't believe it. Someone actually took my "The British way" series quite literally... At least he was inspired, though. Lol.
  8. Yes, I've started American-themed patrols. This one's an authentic NYPD shift in a Ford CVPI RMP. Could do a whole series if people liked it. Must say, I really like Sgt. Kayno's mods so far. Using the siren with the same policy as the real NYPD's. Tap tap tappity tap... Would like to hear some good/helpful feedback from the audience across the other side of the 'pond'. Especially anyone from NY/in or knows people in the NYPD that could point me in the right direction for a more realistic policy or set of tactics that they use, as I'm aiming for an authentic themed-series. I am aware that the NYPD does operate quite differently from the rest of the US police departments, which makes them especially interesting. Please excuse the rant around the middle of the video, it was late when I was recording this. Be advised: this video was intended for my predominantly British audience, but I'm now aiming for a more diverse base. Hope you enjoy, anyway
  9. The answer is simple: they edit their videos.
  10. It's pretty difficult to not doubt when you download a file from a link someone's provided to find it only contains m_y_cop. Either way, you've provided the useful link now. Thanks. Sometimes, I just wish authors would release their updates using the same page, and not scatter them about the place.
  11. Has anyone actually bothered to make a decent NYPD skin for such a popular mod yet?
