I was wondering if there is anyone that has made or could make a accurate NYPD female officer.

We already have a female officer available for download here. It's just like car texturing, so you just follow the same steps to make it an NYPD officer. 

The only thing is I dont know how that goes :) Can you help me?

It's pretty difficult to not doubt when you download a file from a link someone's provided to find it only contains m_y_cop.
