  1. Did you re-install it, or did it just start doing that?
  2. To the OP. I installed ELS 8.51 and I now have the problem you have. Idk if there is something wrong with it or what. But just use ELS V8.5. You can use the files below. Just be sure to keep your ELS Folder. ELS.asi ELS.ini default_config.ini _SLOTCONTROL.ini ELS.ini ELS.asi default_config.ini _SLOTCONTROL.ini
  3. You're replacing all textures named police_sign, right? P.S: It's not always named police_sign.
  4. Why did you post this if you fixed it?
  5. I'm going off topic here. But I have 1728MB of Graphics Memory. But when I get in game it only shows I have 27? I can still edit the settings though. People are telling me to use a certain commandline but it doesn't work. Any ideas?
  6. Oh. Where is the readme for xlive?
  7. Thanks guys that worked!
  8. Yes. Is that the problem?
  9. Hi to all. Me and my brother have been trying to play GTA IV on LAN for almost 2 days. But once we get in game GFWL is not launched. We are pushing the home button to see if it will come from above. But it doesn't. People have fixes, but none of them work for us. I have installed everything that has to do with Mircrosoft Games. Also we both use the Steam Version, and both have brand new Rockstar and GFWL Accounts!
  10. You can watch a tutorial on how to setup ELS > https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VdxKiozw5KQ. Also the letter 'G' is the default GTA IV control to activate the sirens. Also have you tried any other versions of ELS? Are you 100% sure that the Police Vehicles are ELS enabled? =========================================================== > Download ELS v8.51 : http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/2985-emergency-lighting-system-iv/ > Open the ELS download Rar/Zip. > Place all ELS files and folders into your GTA IV Directory Folder. DO NOTHING ELSE! Now right click LaunchGTAIV.exe and run as Administrator.
  11. Are you using SparkIV? Or OpenIV?
  12. What are your System Specs please?
  13. That did not fix anything. It only made it worse.
  14. Hi to everyone reading this. I having a problem with my Graphics Memory. I have exactly 1728 Memory on my Graphics Card. But when I get into GTA IV It shows it as like 210/35MB used. I have tried some stuff to fix this but nothing will work. Right now it's about 210/270 now. Please help me this is a computer I have just got :). Any help is appreciated!
  15. Your GTA IV is crashing because of ELS. You must disable the AI lights in order to play your games. You can not play while that is enabled because it may be cause of your System Specs. Also, you can't just press G once you get in your car if you have ELS. If you have not changed any of the default settings for ELS. You must push 'J' 3 times then push G. That will activate your sirens. >Go in your ELS.ini >Scroll down to Ai_Els_Sp = on Ai_Els_Mp = on and change those to off. >Load your game.
  16. I would just re-install the game.
  17. Hi. I have a question on wether I can run this game on a ASUS Laptop. The system specs are: 4GB RAM Intel HD Graphics: 1664 Graphics Memory CPU Speed: 1.8GHz
  18. Can I please have your System Specs? And also what version of ELS do you have?
  19. If you have a clean file of your Vehicles.img file. Then use that and re-install all of your Police Vehicles.
  20. The log file is actually in the GTA IV Directory and not in the LCPDFR Folder.
  21. Have you resolved the problem?
