  1. Can you screenshot everything in your GTA IV Directory.
  2. If you need any assistance. I will be glad to help you as best as I can.
  3. You can increase traffic by lowering the time interval at the bottom of the .ini. Remember it's in milliseconds so don't change it to low, or you may get crashes.
  4. Hi there, in order to change how bright your lights on your vehicle are, you will need to edit this in your visualsettings.dat. You can find this by going to your GTA IV Directory > Common > Data > Open VisualSettings.dat with NotePad > Locate " car.taillight.emissive.on " and change the number to lets say 20.00? If that's still to bright lower it down to what you need to.
  5. It would probably be easier just to change your ELS settings. Go to your ELS.ini and locate " Toggle_InfoPanel = 77 // M by default ** " and change M to a letter you want.
  6. When re-installing the game, you didn't forget the commandline.txt did you? A lot of people seem to forget to add that when re-installing the game.
  7. Okay, I understand now. Do you have any other modifications besides LCPDFR?
  8. Well I have absolutely no clue. Ive never seen anyone have this problem before, sorry.
  9. Did you really just bump a post from over 3 years ago?
  10. Can you remove all mods except LCPDFR, then try and force duty.
  11. Hi. I'm confused on what is going on here. Did you delete everything in your GTA IV Directory? Or did you just delete everything involving LCPDFR?
  12. You could try EVCS. http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=2477.
  13. I'm not really sure what causes AI ELS to crash games, or why it can't handle it. But this is always a issue with people and their computers. If you don't want your AI ELS disabled. You could always return to ELS 6, if that doesn't crash your game. And also there are other types of mods like ELS.
  14. Lol. Go to your ELS.ini open it with a Notepad, or something you can edit it with. You then want to locate Ai_Els_Sp = on Ai_Els_Mp = on Change both of those to off. And then see if your game crashes.
  15. Install this: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109
  16. Having AI ELS enabled usually is what makes your game CTD at the loading screen. But I think your computer is good enough to handle ELS, I could be wrong though. Have you tried disabling the AI?
  17. Hi, May I please ask for your System Specifications?
  18. Is it just 1 police department? Or is it all of them. Also you could just force duty.
  19. Sorry, I'm not familiar with the term CTD. What does this mean?
  20. Use my script and try. I'm using 1.1 LCPDFR Loader.net.dll
  21. Hi. Did you freshly re-install LCPDFR from the site? Or in your downloads? If you did install it from your downloads, try a new one.
