Skin Not Working Properly on one side

On one side of my car, my Liberty/Dougherty County Sheriff(GA) skin is not working. It's made by fartknockr, and on the rear, it doesnt say Sheriff like it should. The left side of the skin is out of place, also. I used the exact model featured in a video by Bay Area Buggs that uses that skin. If someone can help me that would be greatly appreciated.

You're replacing all textures named police_sign, right?
