If you haven't changed any of the default controls for ELS. You can hold down T or hold down T & Y.

Go to your GTA IV Directory Common>Data>Open Visualsettings.dat with Notepad> Scroll down to # OtherEmissiveLights>Edit 'Car.defaultlight.emmisive.on to 10. If 10 is too light then higher it. The higher the number the bright, the lower the number the less bright it is. I hope this helped you!

Hi everyone reading this. I am not from Nevada but find there State Trooper cars very attractive. I have been searching multiple sites including LCPDFR and cannot find any skins or vehicles with this. Can anyone make me one? I would be so happy and I'm quite sure someone from Nevada would too! I'm also going to use the Las Vegas police cars as secondary/AI vehicles. But I think there's alot of Las Vegas Police cars for GTA IV All over the internet. I want it to look like the first image pasted below. Now you can't tell me that car isn't attractive? All images are from Bing.com. Hi everyone! I have a question about a Police Scanner I downloaded. It's called "Indianapolis Police Scanner". I was told to put it in Documents/Rockstar Games/GTA IV/User Music. For some reason that is not working :(. The reason I don't think it's working is because I don't hear anything in my Patrol Car. How am I suppose to make this work? And make them talk the whole time I'm in my Patrol Car. Please Help anyone! Also it's suppose to be a MP3 File right? Or can I place this any where in SparkIV? Thanks to anyone that can help!
