Hi, Ive just installed a LAPD car pack and I don't quite trust it. I am afraid if I put it in SparkIV something will corrupt because I don't see any vehicle file names with these in the image below. Should I import them in?

Also Cj24's Los Santos Police CVPI comes with a folder named "ELS Config" once downloaded. You must drag the lspd.ini into your ELS folder located in your GTA IV Folder.

You're either not setting up ELS right or you changed the controls. And the reason AI cop cars don't flash there lights is because you might have Ai_Els_Sp = off Ai_Els_Mp = off Change those to on and then try. They can be located all the way at the bottom of your ELS.ini.

Is Los Santos based of Los Angelas? Cause I can't find any California State Police cars.

Hi everyone. This is a suggestion that I think alot of people would like! You know how when you pull someone over and ask for there ID, and they say "Sorry Officer, I forgot it at home"? Well there should be an option to ask for there social security number so you can look it up and see who there are. Isnt this a good idea? Or is this stupid? If someone could actually make this mod that would be awesome, or if there is anything similar please leave a link below!

Hi I was wondering if anyone could make a LSSP car. It doesn't matter what skin I just want a Los Santos State Police car with my Los Santos Police cars. I know Los Santos Police is to close to Los Santos State Police cause they would be in the same city but I would feel better :). Thanks!

I don't think it's popcycle because peds still spawn. Right now I just downloaded a vehicles.img file backup of the internet and am testing now.

Even if you do get it to work. When you try to go into Multiplayer and start a match, or even accept an invite. It will still say you're not logged in to Social Club.

Yes I'm positive but I replaced it with my friends and that's when no traffic would spawn. I mean I can spawn cars in and drive but there are no cars on the street just parked cars. Please help! And thank you for your reply. ​

Something similar happened to be a while back. I would place a cone down, then whenever I tried to get in my car it let me get in then took me back out. And it did it for every car I got in.
